This is an embarrassing question but I am new to WaveLab and cannot find the Transport Bar! The help manual seems to say it’s available in the Audio Editor but I have the Audio Editor open and can’t see it anywhere, nor do I see a button to activate it. Help much appreciated! 
Maybe it was hidden, hence use this menu:

Did I miss that in the documentation (i.e. the online help)?

Glad it worked for you!!! I don’t see an option to expose the Transport bar!! My first day with Wavelab 11. Was an old WL 6 user.
