How to fix eLicenser Control "Sweet Spot Morphing Channel Strip VST 3" error

Hello! Through the Steinberg website, I activated the code for Cubase LE 12, downloaded it, but after starting the program, I get an error:
Application ‘Sweet Spot Morphing Channel Strip VST 3’ has caused the following error:

eLicenser(s) contain(s) no valid license for this application.

Options:

  • For troubleshooting information click .
  • Click to view available licenses.
  • Connect a valid eLicenser and click .
  • Click to abort.

Welcome to the forum.

What did you install beside Cubase LE12? What operating system do you have?

This application is not part of LE12, it is from the audio interface package for some Steinberg interfaces. What interface do you have?

I use a Steinberg ur22c sound card on a Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) system.
There were no problems with activation codes on the site, I immediately received a link to download Cubase 12.
In Steinberg Download Assistant, I downloaded recommended programs:
Cubase LE Al Elements 12.0.52 - Application (required);
HAlion Sonic SE 3.5.10 - Instrument (recommended);
HAlion Sonic SE 3 - Content (recommended);
Groove Agent SE 5.1.11 - Instrument (recommended);
Groove Agent SE 5 - Content (recommended);

But when I launch Cubase LE Al Elements 12 and try to create a new project, I get the error described above.
I also noticed that there is no license for Cubase (only Sel) in the eLicenser Control Center.

There will be no entry for Cubase 12 in the eLicenser, because it uses the Activation Manager.

Did you start the Activation Manager and logged in there? Does it show the license as Activated?

Your UR22C should have also come with an activation code for the Basic FX Suite VST 3 plug-in collection by Yamaha. The “Sweet Spot Morphing Channel Strip” is part of this collection.

Page 12 of the Startup Guide contains instructions on how to activate it:

Thank you all very much for your help!
The problem was that I did not enter the key in the eLicenser program itself.
