How to get a good sheet music from a Zoom R24

Hello,
I recorded piano on the MicroSD card of the Zoom R24, in stereo mode (two tracks activated).
My goal: to get a good sheet music of that recording. I think this will concern Dorico software. This will be the second step of the process because someone advised me first to digitize the piano from Zoom R24 with Cubase software. A specific function should be the reason: variaudio?
Is this way of process the good one?
If so, what kind of version of Cubase and Dorico do I have to buy?
And, is this can be done with a Chromebook HP ? Or does it need a PC with a specific audio card?
Many thanks for your help!
Regards
Eric

You may want to use your favourite search engine and search for the term piano audio to midi

Ok! MIDI so it´s the final format.
But, do I need professional Steinberg´s softwares to get a good result?
Thanks
