I have buy a used UR22C. How to get Basic FX Suite. When I install the TOOLS for URC.

The option of Basic FX Suite is grayed out

Steinberg have a license transfer process. The seller has to transfer the license to you by raising a support ticket to Steinberg, and you add it via the normal Steinberg license activation tools.

I did this recently when passing on my ur22c to a friend, support processed it quickly (I provided the buyers Steinberg id) and it all worked fine!
