How to get new activation code?

Hi,
My laptop with Cubase 8 and eLicenser were stolen.
I tried to get new activation code but every time I press Reactivate button it says: There is no Soft-eLicenser to reactivate.
I already reinstalled my eLicenser Control Center with eLC installation helper but it still keeps saying the same.
What else can I do to reactivate Cubase on new laptop?

Hi Tony,

Since you stated your eLicenser was stolen, I’m assuming you’re referring to a dongle. Is this dongle registered in your MySteinberg account? If so, in order to get a replacement license you will need to follow the Zero Downtime Process. Here is information on the Zero Downtime (ZDT) License Process:

Please be sure to watch the video at the bottom of the page. If you do not follow the steps for ZDT correctly, it can result in a delay in replacing your licensing.

If the dongle is not registered in your MySteinberg account or if you are referring to a different version of Cubase that doesn’t require a dongle, please submit a support request through your MySteinberg account.
