How to get redeem code for Upgrade voucher in MySteinberg for switching to Steinberg Licensing

Q1:
I am currently using Cubase 11 Pro and bought Cubase 13 Pro on September 25 (during the discount period at Best Service). However, I realized that the eLicenser must be switched to Steinberg Licensing.
I tried to switch to Steinberg Licensing on the Steinberg homepage, but there is no Voucher tab on my account page!"

How can I get the voucher?

Plug your USB-eLicenser in. Install and start Steinberg Activation Manager. Sign in with your MySteinberg credentials. Enter the Download Activation Code.
