How can I change some of the slashes into notes like at the beginning?
You can use U to split the slashes area wherever you place the caret and then delete the unwanted portion of the slashes.
Not what you asked, but you might want to check some of the transpositions in that arrangement too. Tico Tico is usually starts in A minor and the Flute part looks correct, but with the wrong changes. The other parts look transposed into F minor but the Flute is still in the “regular” key. If you’re changing the key, don’t forget to change the Flute part!
