How to get support on Steinberg products?


Does anyone know how to get support on Steinberg products? I wrote the support over a month ago, and received no response so far. I commented on the thread again last week, hoping that it would bump up the importance of the thread for support staff. No luck with that though… I also tried posting my question in the forums but no one replies.

Any ideas on how to get help to use the product I’ve paid for?
