How to go back from eLicense Cubase 9 to 8.5

Hello everyone,

When I updated my eLincencer control center I got eLeisence for Cubase 9. I installed Cubase 9, but then I uninstalled it and return to Cubase 8.5.20. Is it a problem that my eLincese is 9 and I run Cubase 8.5?
Since then I have problems with my Mackie control device Behringer X-Touch.

Should I get back to eLeicense for Cubase 8.5 and how?

Your licence for Cubase 9 allows you to run any earlier version of the same variety.

Your problem is probably not related to any licence issue.
