How to import wav or mp3 or mp4 files?

I am new to Cubase 8 le

I tried to import a wav and mp3 and mp4 file but all were rejected. I was hoping to record in amplitube and export it to Cubase. Is that possible??

Hi,

You can drag-and-drop it from Explorer/Finder to the Project window, or you can use File > Import > Audio (or Video).

What was the message, Cubase showed?
