How to input a 32cd note in tempo equations?

I looked all over for the letter code but can’t find it. Is there a way to do this. I want to be able to do 32cd = 16. Thanks.

The letter you need is x. You can also create tempo equations from the Tempo panel in Write mode, in case you run into similar difficulties in future.

Tried it and the x gets me a sixteenth note and not a 32cd.

I beg your pardon: it’s y for a 32nd note, not x.

Not on the right side of the equals sign in a tempo equation - it’d be interpreted as 3bpm (I assume!)
