How to load lost presets in plug-in Roomworks SE

Version 5.5.2, 64 bit, Windows Vista Op system. I have suddently lost presets in Roomworks and Roomworks SE. Reverence is OK. I am unable to reload them. I tried to re-initialise Cubase , but does npt solve the probelm. Please help.
