Is there a way to lock the vertical spacing so that so that when a system text or a rehearsal mark is added the staff is not pushed down (the text or rehearsal mark beeing moved manualy) ?
Not really – the only way to do this would be to deactivate the option to automatically move staves and systems to avoid collisions altogether (on the Vertical Spacing page of Layout Options), which can be practical in part layouts, but isn’t recommended in full score layouts.

Thanks a lot @dspreadbury! Disabling “Automatically resolve collisions between adjacent staves and systems” did exactly what I was hoping for.
I need this for a specific set of scores including a single instrumentalist, notes, lyrics and chords, no big system here. And I can manually move the few system texts used, mostly just Verse and Chorus.
