How to move my license to a new computer

Hello,
I have the Cubase 10.5 Elements EDU and have activated my license via the eLicenser. I do not have the USB-license Stick.
Recently I got a new computer and I want to deactivate my license on the old computer and activate it on my new computer. But I do not know how to do it. I tried to deactivate the license via the eLicenser Control Center, but I can not see any option.

Please help. Thank you.
