How to Notate a Slide from the 17. Fret to the 3. Fret down on a Bass

To hear the slide from A to G a ninth below, there are three things that must be done:

  1. Set the Playback type property of the glissando to Continuous.
  2. In the expression map named Transpose up 1 octave, change the Pitch bend range to 14:

  1. In the HALion Sonic VST, select the slot in which Electric Bass VX is loaded, show the Edit page, and change PB (Pitch Bend) DOWN to -14:
