How to properly uninstall Cubase and install it again?

Due to the removal of some libraries, my Cubase started opening in safe mode, and then stopped opening altogether.
At the moment Cubase 12 does not open, a simple reinstallation does not help.

Please tell me how to properly uninstall Cubase from a computer (windows11) and then reinstall Cubase so that everything works?

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Most probably the issue is not in the installation itself, but (probably) in the preferences.

Rename or remove the preferences folder, please.

Cubase Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Cubase X
Win: %appData% Steinberg/Cubase X_64

If there are older Cubase preferences folders, rename/remove them all, please.

After this, start Cubase, you will get the factory settings.

But I have another problem, I mistakenly downloaded several Groove Agent libraries, which are paid, and I currently do not plan to buy these libraries.
But when I start Cubase, a notification about the lack of a license pops up every now and then.
After that, I deleted these banks, and still, when I start the program, a list with these libraries appears.
How can I stop this error from appearing when I launch Cubase?

Are you sure, you removed the library from the Steinberg Library Manager? Do you have the latest update of the Steinberg Library Manager and also of Cubase?

Could you attach a screenshot of the message, please?

Yes, I deleted these libraries, they are no longer displayed in Library Meneger.
But when I start Cubase (in Russian) it says that the library was not found, I tried to click “delete” and “ignore” and the next time I start Cubase these messages still appear, there are only 7 of them, that’s exactly how many banks I deleted from the Library Menager

These libraries have not been used before and due to the fact that they are paid, they were blocked in Groove Agent.
But these error messages appear at the very beginning of Cubase startup, even before I open any project

Install the whole Groove Agent SE Library (Content) from the Steinberg Download Assistant, please.
