Welcome to the forum @Fabio_H_Dentello ! Probably easiest to do this using system-attached text, using a paragraph style that you’ve created to make the text the right font size (fairly large) and with the formatting you want (possibly bold?) automatically. You can also then use this paragraph style at the start of all movements.

If you make each Movement a separate Flow, then you can use Flow Headings to automatically add the titles. This will also work for the instrumental parts.
You can configure the Flow Heading to left align if you want.
