How to put the page number at the centre bottom quickly? I dragged it but it seems that I cannot move it freely. Thanks!
You should edit the Default page template in Engrave mode, and move the frame containing the {@page@} token to the bottom of the page, and make it the full width of the page. Edit the Page numbers paragraph style such that it is centre-aligned instead of aligned to the outside edge.

How do I nudge the page number below the page frame. It interferes with the music
Frames cannot exceed the boundaries of the margins set in layout options. You would need to increase the page margins, then adjust your frames accordingly.
You could also increase the bottom margin of the music frame, in Layout Options>Page Setup, I believe. This would allow more space below the music so it doesn’t collide.
