i want to cancel an order for vst loop product.i did not activated it. asknet(the reseller of steinberg on shop.steinberg) says they do not refund. steinberg will do it.they point me to the contact page of steinberg but i could not found any contact point on that page. do you have any experience on order cancellation?

ASK-Net would never tell or write that Steinberg will make a refund, maybe you misunderstood something?
