So I wanted a track to have a 3/3 time signature. If I change the tempo it sticks with /4, so I input 3/3 but Cubase makes it 3/4… How to set a time signature with beats other than four?
Perhaps you should check some music theory books to understand better how this works.

it is not possible, as the number in the denominator must refer to a musical value. so you can choose x/1, x/2, x/4, x/8, x/16, etc…
