How to/should I merge two steinberg accounts into one

I am dumb and it seems I have registered Cubase artist 11 with my work email (which I need to get it away from my work email) and I have an interface with cubase AI registered on my personal gmail.
I would like to simply merge the two accounts so that it’s all with my gmail.
I am not sure why but it seems daunting and I don’t know where to start

After replying in another thread I found this one which is in fact indicating that I should contact local support? Turnkey / Tuerk Music for South Africans?
