How to take audio bits from/into projects with different tempi?

to keep focus, I´m usually recording vocals on an instrumental (rough mix) stereo file. only when the many vocal takes and bits are finally edited, I transfer the vocal tracks into the big project with all individual instrumental tracks for the mix.
now, I forgot to set the correct tempo for vocal project (which didn´t matter during recording, since the music´s one single coherent wav and I didn´t need a click).
HOW COULD I DRAG ALL THE VOCAL SNIPPETS (from an 125 bpm project) AND DROP THEM INTO THE NEW PROJECT (140 bpm) BUT KEEP THE DISTANCE/PLACE OF THE SNIPPETS “LOCKED” / INTACT?
do I have to bounce the snippets to a long audiofile or is there another option? thanks.

Hi Thomas,
welcome to the forum!

My suggestion is as follows:
You can imprint the correct tempo into the audio tracks following the tutorial below.
You only need one fixed warp point since the tempo is coherent in your project, so it´s basically one step apart from the preparation. Afterwards check the box with applying definition to audio tracks, you´ll see in the video and then save and close the project.

Open your 140bpm project and import the audio tracks from the 125bpm project into your project with all distances/places intact. That´s basically it.

Maybe there is an even faster or more elegant way, but this is what crossed my mind first.
