How to Turn Off Note Info on Curser in Midi Editor

Hey,

I have Tooltips/Show Extra Info turned Off in the Prefs, but I’m still getting a string of note and trackname info on my mouse cusor in the Midi Editor when I Select/Drag a note to move it. Gets in my way when moving midi notes around.

Any way to turn that off?

While I’m on the Midi Editor…for some reason when I move a note with a Drum Map the note first ‘snaps’ to the sound one row above it, and I have to drag it back to the correct sound/row, making moving midi notes much more awkward.

Any idea what I have turned on that’s doing this?

Hi,

The Key Editor shows the new Start Position, new Pitch and the offsets if you move the MIDI Note. Is this what you mean?

You cannot disable this.
