How to update The Grand 1 to The Grand 3

Hi Chris,

the URL provided is not working (404).

Question: what would be the most cost effective upgrade to TG3:
from TG1 full original or upgrade from TG3 trial in C6?

As you know, The Grand 1 is not based on the USB-eLicenser copy protection and thus we are not able to offer a convenient update path via our online shop.
However, if The Grand 3 with all its new features looks tempting to you, please get in contact with us directly.
We will send you an email with all the necessary information on how to get hold of the latest The Grand version in return.

Hmm - I tried contacting them by email - hopelessly inefficient at replying. When they did finally reply, the email told me to fill out the form, send back by post along with the original Grand v1 discs to obtain a “preparation code”.

2 problems:

  1. They didn’t say WHERE to return it to - i.e. no address!
  2. A weblink to the list of distributors came up with a 404 error.

I’m still waiting for an address to send these to, so if anybody could advise, that would be most helpful.
