How to upgrade cubase AI 11 to le 12

sorry for the primitive question. I have CUBASE AI 11. I bought an upgrade to LE12, but it didn’t work.

It’s Elements, not LE.

Did you install the Steinberg Activation Manager?

Thank you for showing interest! Yes,I have an activation manager on the computer. now realize that my cubase AI 11 can’t upgrade to Cubase Elements 12. I guess I’ve lost a bit of money…

Wherever you bought the upgrade, contact them for changing the product. The proper upgrade product might be more expensive but it should be possible to switch it.
Otherwise ask for a refund and return the upgrade.
