Check out the attached. Rests scaled to zero to anchor the lyrics in the first flow. In engraving options, dash barline length changed to zero to get rid of the final barline at the end (is there a better way to do this?)

On the Barlines page of Notation Options you can change the type of barline used at the end of the flow, including to no barline at all.
