How would i automate ( VST ) FX with Modulator on a( ny ) track in Cubase 14

Hi there, Great Day to you,

I see the Modulators switches in VST Instruments, and on some Steinberg FX, however i am looking to modulate ( any ) 3rd party VST FX parameter, with the LFO modulators ( as it says also in the manual is possible Modulators in the Lower Zone • Cubase Pro Help • Reader • Steinberg )

– so i am wondering how do i achieve this ( ? )

Is anyone able to actually work with 3rd party VST’s and have them modulated / would someone able to make 3rd party VST’s Modulate properly explain the process ?

Modulators work the same when used on effects. Which plugin gives you trouble?
