HSE 1.60 Update for Win 7 only?

Just noticed I’m not using the latest version of HSE.
On the download page the update is listed for Win 7, no mention of WinXP.
Is this a typo or is the update for Win 7 users only?

I’ve installed a 32-bit Windows XP version…it’s on the website somewhere
