Hi, I’ve had HSO for years, use it through Halion Sonic. (Latest version)
I know it’s discontinued, but I know some have the steinberg licence for it. Mine is stuck on the elicencer dongle.
Is there any chance of a voucher for steinberg licensing ?

HSO has already been converted to the new Steinberg Licensing and therefore does not require a dongle.
Take a look at your MySteinberg account: Do you see your HSO license in My Steinberg (Show eLicenser-based products)? If so, do you see a voucher for the updated version in the Vouchers section?
If you can’t find a voucher there, you should simply contact Steinberg Support.

I’m in the same situation.
Apparently there is no discount coupon for versions that are too old (Box version) at the moment. In any case, I did not receive a code.
This is the only license I still have on the dongle… Those who recently purchased HSO benefited from the Steinberg licensing version. I am a Cubase teacher. One of my students who purchased the HSO 2 years ago received the code and another who has the same version as me (older, box version) does not receive it.
Maybe someone could inform us about this.
Me too. I already contacted support, but it is a local Yamaha dealer, and they told me that my voucher will arrive one day in the future. So I can’t contact Steinberg and local dealer can’t fix the situation.

Yes, it’s there in my elicencer account, but no voucher…I’ll contact support.
I wonder if redownloading the sound set from the download assistant might trigger something.

To update…, I redownloaded HSO from the download assistant and reinstalled it, but nothing changed, so I’ve submitted a support request.
