HSSE loaded but cant see it

Hi when i load a song, HSSE is loaded, bit i dont use it and removed it on The track list, but it is still loaded on loading The projekt. Can i find it somewhere else and remove it?

I don’t know what HSSE is but going to assume it is a VSTi…?
If it is loaded as a Rack Instrument, did you remove it from the VSTi Rack?
