Hub: News and Tutorials Not Displaying


I know this has been reported before, but they said it had been resolved. Unfortunately, mine has not worked for over a month now. When I start Cubase 10 Artist up, it says “connecting” and then just displays a blank page under “News and Tutorials”. Everything else loads as it should.

Anyone else having this issue?

Make sure your antivirus or firewall doesn’t block the communication to the server, please.

Yes, had that issue and it was resolved by updating the eLicenser.

Thanks for that. The issue was resolved when I updated to 10.5 so presume it was an eLicense issue.
