I bought the wrong upgrade version, what to do?

What I need is to upgrade from nuendo 8 to nuendo 12, I bought the wrong version from cubase series to nuendo 12 so that I can’t activate nuendo 12, what should I do?

Depending on where you are and from which shop you bought, contact the shop first - by email or phone. If they cannot help any futher, contact the Steinberg support for your country - that is either Steinberg or a distributor.
