I cannot see my Soft-eLicenser number at Reactivation area

I currently reinstalled Win7 and tried to reactivate Cubase. The problem is when I try to reactivate it says “There is no Soft-eLicenser to reactivate.” So I cannot choose my Soft-eLicenser. I added current Soft-eLicenser to my account but it still gives that error. Please help me. :cry:
