I cannot see the license for CUBASE 10.5

I launched CUBASE 10.5, which should have been usable until now,
“No valid license found. The program will exit.”
Is displayed

I launched the eLicenser Control Center
The license was not displayed on the right screen even if I chose USB.

The license is certainly displayed for MySteinberg.

How should I deal with it?

Are you sure the plugged USB-eLicenser is the one you have registered in your MySteinberg account, please? Does it have the sam number?

Make sure you have the very latest eLCC update installed, please.

Are you on Mac or Windows? If you are on Windows, try to start eLCC as Administrator and trigger Maintenance, please.
