Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues.

I did a quick check by downloading Iconica Sketch from the App Store to my iPhone SE (2022), followed by its 1.8 GB content download, where everything worked as expected (see example clip below).

Please double-check your internet settings and try restarting both your router and mobile device. If the download gets interrupted in-between, you should be able to resume it at any time via tapping the download button again.
