Don’t get your hopes up too much. It’s not that dated, i.e. it doesn’t have the wah-wah chucka-chucka in it.

Larry, Hi. 4’ 33" is a piece written by John Cage. Avant garde. Total silence for precisely 4’ 33". A 12" version … a longer version is incongruent with the basic parameters of the song. That incongruity is the humour, and the retitling concolidates that.
