I can't open a ticket support, C3 not registered

I have some issues with C3 that I bought last week, but I’m not even allowed to create a ticket support.
I’ve send a ticket more general (all I could access to)
Could you please help ?

do you mean you can’t open a support ticket with Steinberg direct ?

I don’t believe that Steinberg support Cubasis via the normal MySteinberg support system. You are better to start a new thread here.
