I can't uninstall old Cubase or Wavelab

I’ve upgrade to Artist 12 and WL11. I can’t uninstall my old Cubase Elements 10.5 and 12, nor WL10. When I try from Windows uninstall, it just says “preparing to remove program” and then spins. HELP
