I purchased a Cubase 10 Elemental license to upgrade from Cubase 7 Elemental but I can’t see my serial number. I don’t know what to do because Cubase page it’s imposible to send or commit a problem.

I expect your Cubase Elements 7 application is activated on the system, where you want to upgrade to Cubase Elements 10, right?
Start eLCC application. Enter the Activation Code. Cubase Elements 10 license will be downloaded.
