Hi, I wonder if it is ok for me to ask such an enquiry here?
To make it short: I tried to record using the mic that comes with focusrite bundle, but the volume level is so low I don’t understand.
Is it simply because I don’t sing loud?
I remember using crappy recorders (phone for instance) and not having this issue, so I guess there might be something wrong with the settings but I couldn’t figure it out.
Felt desperately useless regarding that so I just put the mic aside, it’s been a couple of months now but, I did want to use that mic initially so…
Please let me know if I’m missing something!
And if this is the right place to ask too.

Sounds like you have the wrong impedance on the jack you’re using for your mic.
