I have been locked out of my account and told to update my password, but cannot access my account?

Continuing the discussion from When I try to download the Content Groove Agent 5 from my Absolute6 it keeps failing, what can I do?:

I have been trying to download the content for Absolute 6 but it takes ages and for the large items it fails. I have now been locked out of my steinberg account and told to update my password, but cannot access my account to update the password? I have spent days trying to download this content and now my Downlaod Assistant has crashed, presumably because I cannot access my account. Please can anyone help? Thanks in advance. Vince
