If that Ed means education, you simply buy a commercial upgrade version.
This will automatically convert your license to a commercial one.
P.S.: Since there’s a change of the software licensing method, your current v3.5 license will be renamed as something else but still usable with Dorico 3.5 and all earlier versions of Dorico.
