welcome to the forum and thanks for the data.
Looks all normal except for the fact that you are missing the sound contents. So please open the Steinberg Download Manager and download and install the around 9 GByte contents files of the Dorico Sounds Installer package. After that you should get playback immediately.

I don’t actually see a dorico sounds installer option do you know where it is located on the Steinberg download assistant app

ah, so you have Dorico Elements, in that case it is the Content Dorico Elements4 package.
According to the Download Assistant you have it already installed, but it must have failed somehow.
Therefore please click the Install again button, I hope that rectifies things.

i have re installed the Content Dorico Elements4
but i still don’t have any audio. Would you know why
The contents files are still not seen by Dorico for reasons I don’t know. Could you please try to download from here instead and install again?
