I mean, I just bough it less than 30 days ago. Most software makers let you upgrade for free when you just bought the earlier version. I know Steinberg is ‘special’ that way, so I’m asking if they will give us a break?

Oh yeah! Right on. I activated after March 1. This is cool. I’ve been reading the “Getting into the Details” manual, so it’s good to know WL 8 just builds on that and I haven’t been wasting my time.
