I lost my activation key

I bought my ur12 (include cubase ai) 3 years ago and i formatted my pc.But i cant find my activation key given by the sound card.

I need a help.

If you activated your Cubase on the old system, go thru the Reactivation process, please.

I could not activated because “Currently, there is no valid Steinberg product license found on this eLicenser.”

Can you see Soft-eLicenser Number in your eLCC application?

If yes, uninstall and reinstall Cubase, please.

i ve done that but nothing changed.

i just need an activation code.there wasnt a elcc app when i bought my sound card.
