I love Cubase but... Reasons I'm leaving

As soon as Studio One is mature enough, I will switch and never look back.

Occasional Cubase 10 user here. I did switch to Studio One 4 years ago and I still look back haha hoping they will make Cubase more stable . When I see the devs greater involvement in the forum it gives me some hope. It wasn’t the case 4 years ago.

How to inverse the direction of Shift + Mouse Wheel

Let me tell my new experience since they released long awaited super driver that allows to run two programs simultaneously sharing the same audio device. I run Dorico and Cubase when scoring, WaveLab and Cubase when mastering. In both combinations Dorico and WaveLab behave correctly when scrolling the mouse with Shift key pressed, but Cubase - in the opposite direction. IT IS VERY INCONVENIENT. Why Cubase programmers cannot swap functions that ar called on mouse roll actions?

I can only recommend Studio One. With it I can just concentrate on the music. For live situations where I can’t afford the DAW to crash it has become my goto option. It has fewer features but you can rely on them. Just look at the frequency of their updates and you will be blown away.
