I’m getting an error message when I open Cubase12 (Could not connect to CoreMIDI. You should..)

I’m encountering an error message stating, “Could not connect to CoreMIDI. You should restart your system,” whenever I try to open Cubase Pro 12. I’ve been using Cubase for over 10 years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. I’m using a MacBook M2 with Ventura OS. Despite searching for information on how to resolve this problem, I haven’t found a definitive solution.

If you’re familiar with what might be causing this message and how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Do you have an M-Audio device? It seems that people have this kind of problem with M-Audio devices.

I use UAD Apollo Twin, issue still occurs even when I’m not connected to the audio interface, in case using the built-in audio device.

I would try to do the system CoreMIDI reset in the Terminal.
