I need a new e-mail with an activation code

Hi, I bought an upgrade to Dorico Pro 4 but then went for a bath. By the time I’d finished, I had forgotten that Dorico requires an activation code to run and deleted the e-mail containing one, thinking I didn’t need it anymore.

So now I’m stuck needing an activation code all because of my own stupidity. I also have to prove I actually bought the upgrade, and I don’t know how to do that, either.

Any help would be appreciated!

Have you checked your Deleted Mail folder?

Unfortunately, I deleted the e-mail from both my Inbox and Deleted Mail folders. That’s what I always do.

An email to Steinberg will surely help: they can resend, I’d have thought.
