I think I must have poked some tempo setting without noticing? [SOLVED]

When I change the tempo the cursor and cycle changes with it now all of a sudden.
I’m almost certain it didn’t behave that way yesterday?
Did I click on something without noticing?

    2 I must have clicked on something … like time format is for me usually “bars and beats” and now it was set to “second”. Don’t ask!

If you’ve recorded or bounced any audio you could check the pool to see if their tempos match the project tempo, also might be worth opening one of the Bak files to see if there’s any difference between that and your current version.
