i just upgrades cubase from 10.5 to 13 pro before 20 days and now i have to pay to update it to 14 (99.99 € )
i ask if they can make discount like who making upgrades in 30 days
At what exact date did you buy the update to Cubase 13 and did you redeem the access code?
If you haven’t used the code you probably get Cubase 14 directly.

Hi, you have already received a Cubase Pro 14 license. Please check your Steinberg Activation Manager to verify and find the downloads for Cubase Pro 14 in the Steinberg Download Assistant.
